Account Executive - Dresses

Description: Excellent opportunity available IMMEDIATELY with an established womenswear fashion company. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for representing the brand to moderate and mass clients.

Must have strong organizational skills, be self motivated, computer literate and have a working knowledge of retail systems.
Must have an entrepreneurial outlook toward prospecting and developing new business opportunities as they emerge in the industry.
Must be willing to travel within the territory and to interface regularly with store management and our own retail service organization. Will also interface with buying and planning teams within department stores.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, weekly sales analysis, monthly sales performance recaps including markdown strategies and margin settlement, monthly meeting with retail planners and ensuring that all departmental sales goals are achieved.

Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a bachelors degree or equivalent experience in retail or wholesale business.  He/she must have a solid book of business with Moderate and Mass Dress Buyers.  Experience with smaller/start up lines is preferred.  In addition you must possess and successfully demonstrate the required competencies of business acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation.
