European Sales Support

European Based (Ideally Switzerland, Austria, Germany)
We are seeking knowledge, multilingual, customer service oriented individual with experience supporting sales, preferable in outdoor apparel. Working with our European Brand Manager and sales force, this self directed individual will be responsible for events management, sales support in multiple capacities, merchandising plans, website translation and special projects.
Requirements: Ideally you will have:
• Fluent in English and a second language either French or German
• A good standard of secondary education
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers
• Ability to manage own time and priorities with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel up to 20% within Europe
• Previous experience selling or supporting sales in outdoor apparel would be considered a strong asset
• 3rd European language ability is considered an asset
• Interest or involvement in activity that we make product for is also considered an asset
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Provide sales support for European Brand Manager
• Conduct sales clinics including clinic content
• Provide sales support for regional representatives
• Coordinator Pro and Corporate Sales Support
• Perform website and technical translations
• Coordinate shop in shop implementation, merchandising plans and on site product demonstration
• Support and Coordinate Dealer Events
