Fabric and Trim Buyer

Description: Manhattan Beachwear, LLC. is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fabric and Trim Buyer to join our Sourcing / Purchasing Team.

We are a successful swimwear company based in Orange County, CA. We manufacture brands such as Kenneth Cole NY, Reaction, Split, Hot Kiss, Hobie, Maxine, Hermanny by Vix.

Requirements: Ideal candidate will have experiance in the garment manufacturing industry, working with mltiple vendors. Need strong negoitation skills,attention to details, and successful in meeting deadlines. 

Duties Include:

Source raw materials, fabric and trims, negotiate pricing and delivery deadline, issue purchase order, track order, approve invoice and freight charges.




• 2 years of experience in fabric sourcing and development
• Strong fashion, color, fabric and trim sense
• Clear understanding of dyeing, printing, and finishing techniques
• Product knowledge through all phases of textile and garment construction
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
